Enchanting Travels delivers high quality, seamless, bespoke travel experiences through destination expertise, personal service and genuine care. It was acquired by Travelopia in 2019, the world’s largest collection of specialist travel brands. Planning and executing a tailor-made trip for a group of travellers is a challenging feat. For guests of Enchanting Travels, these are usually once in a lifetime trips that are booked 3-6 months in advance. Ensuring that guests have a good time is of paramount importance.

After a guest confirms the itinerary plan Travel consultant starts booking the services in advance. Back then Enchanting travels dones't have APIs to integrate live hotels data for reservations. So Travel consultants used to manually call hotels and other service providers to do the bookings.
It is crucial to understant the users existing behaviour while designing any Enterprise tool. During the interview with Travel consultants we understood that they have internal processes setup to efficently book services for a trip.
1. Get Approval for Itenerary from Guest
2. Book hotels first as they have high demand.
3. Followed by Flights
4. Book other services which are usually available all the time.
We came up with a highly scalable and flexible design that helps Consultants to structure and view the information in any way they want.
